Business AnalystWe ARE Renewables is looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients in the energy industry.Responsibilities Act as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into effective solutionsAnalyse, model, and improve end-to-end business processes using BPMNEvaluate existing processes and propose improvements aligned with business architectureModel and maintain information structures using UML class diagramsDefine, challenge, and refine business concepts and information ownershipGather, analyse, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements in an Agile environmentFacilitate workshops, refine user stories, and support backlog management with the Product OwnerCollaborate with Solution Architects to validate sustainable, future-proof solutionsSafeguard business architecture during solution design and implementationDefine and execute testing activities, including business acceptance testingCreate and maintain clear, structured documentation and improve documentation practicesTake ownership and leadership in driving business improvements from analysis to implementationRequirements Master’s degree or equivalent experience5–8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements documentationStrong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (BABOK, UML, BPMN)Experience working in Agile product teams (plus)Knowledge of Archimate (plus)Excellent communication skills in English and French or DutchStrong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problemsCollaborative mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively
