Technical Packaging Project Manager (m/w/d)

Wir sind ein schnell wachsendes Unternehmen, in dem die Mitarbeiter unser wertvollstes Gut sind. Zur Unterstützung unseres kontinuierlichen Wachstums und zur Verstärkung unseres Produktion & Fertigung Teams suchen wir einen/eine Technical Packaging Project Manager (m/w/d).

Zielsetzung und Aufgaben

Als Projektmanager für technische Verpackungen sind Sie für die Verpackungsmaschinen aller drei Produktkategorien (Babycare, Femcare & Adult Care) innerhalb der Ontex Group weltweit verantwortlich, von der Machbarkeitsprüfung bis zur Inbetriebnahme beim Kunden. Sie werden eng mit dem Technical Packaging Network und den relevanten Abteilungen innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens zusammenarbeiten. Sie werden neue Verpackungslösungen, die Automatisierung von Verpackungsanlagen und zentrale Verpackungssysteme in den Werken untersuchen und einführen.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  1. Entwickeln und pflegen Sie fortlaufende Kenntnisse über das Produktportfolio von Ontex und Wettbewerbern sowie über relevante Verpackungsmaterialkomponenten und -prozesse sowie Qualitätsstandards und nachhaltige Ziele.
  2. Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Verpackungslösungen in den europäischen Ontex-Werken.
  3. Ersetzen manueller Verpackungstätigkeiten durch automatisierte Systeme.
  4. Automatisierte FG-Transportsysteme einführen.
  5. Entwicklung und Einführung zentraler Verpackungssysteme.
  6. Koordinierung mit dem Masterplan des Werks im Bereich Verpackung und FG-Transport.
  7. Leitung des Spezifikationsprozesses für neue kategorieübergreifende Verpackungssysteme innerhalb der Ontex-Gruppe.
  8. Technische Beratung der internationalen Ontex-Produktionsstätten.
  9. Projektkoordination von komplexen Verpackungsanlagen und produktivitätssteigernden Umbauten.
  10. Vollständige technische Spezifikation und Machbarkeitsbewertung in Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen Produktionswerken.
  11. Regelmäßige Verfolgung des Projektstatus und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen in allen Abteilungen (intern und extern).
  12. Evaluierung von bekannten und potenziellen neuen Maschinenlieferanten.
  13. Etablierung von Formatsätzen für bestimmte Produktgrößen/Einführung von Standards für bestimmte Produkt- und Verpackungsgrößen.
  14. Entwicklung einer Strategie zur Standardisierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Maschinenparks der Ontex-Gruppe.
  15. Verwaltung des gesamten Maschinenparks im Bereich der Primär- und Sekundärverpackung sowie der Palettierung innerhalb der Ontex-Gruppe.
  16. Spezifikation von technologischen Dienstleistungen, um die reibungslose Einführung von Industrialisierungsprozessen in den Werken zu gewährleisten.
Erfahrungen
  1. Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften.
  2. Fließende Englischkenntnisse und sehr gute Kenntnisse der Office-Suite.
  3. Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten mit einer technischen, analytischen und neugierigen Denkweise.
  4. Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im FMCG-Umfeld.
  5. Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Lieferanten von Verpackungsmaschinen zur Vertretung von Ontex.
  6. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  7. Fähigkeit, technische Informationen so zu vermitteln, dass sie auch für Nichttechniker verständlich sind.
  8. Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen für bis zu 25 Tage pro Jahr.
  9. Teamfähigkeit, Urteilsvermögen, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz.
