Your Responsibilities:- Acquisition of new customers as well as commercial and technical advice and support for our existing customers (including traveling)
- Market analysis and observation to identify new trends and developments
- Commercial support for technical product demonstrations to win new projects
- Development of solution-oriented coating systems in close cooperation with potential customers and our technical departments
- Conducting price and contract negotiations
- Complaints management in close cooperation with the internal departments
- Customer relationship Management and projects using a CRM system
- Degree with a technical and/or commercial background (e.g. industrial engineering) or appropriate further training (e.g. paint technician with commercial experience)
- Several years of professional experience in sales of products requiring explanation, ideally in the chemical industry
- High technical affinity as well as solution- and result-oriented representation of customer requirements
- Above-average commitment as an "entrepreneur within the company"
- Solution and result-oriented representation of customer requirements
- Fluent in Flemish & Dutch; Business English fluent; German & French beneficial
- Proficient in using the common MS Office applications and CRM software
- Excellent international working environment
