Robert Half is op zoek naar een Customer Care Officer (M/V/X). Onze klant is gelegen in Gent-Zeehaven en is niet bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende, innovatieve speler binnen de chemiesector, actief in zowel bulkverkoop als verpakte producten. In een dynamisch team in Gent werken ze dagelijks aan het optimaliseren van klantrelaties, logistieke processen en administratieve workflows. Jouw taken: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van klanten en behandelt uiteenlopende klantverzoeken. Je zorgt voor een duidelijke en correcte opvolging en afhandeling van orders, transport en facturatie. Je verleent administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning aan de Business Development Manager en interne diensten (planning, aankoop, logistiek, kwaliteit, enz.). Je draagt bij aan prospectie-ondersteuning en volgt het verkoopproces rond certificaten op. Je biedt back-up bij verschillende ondersteunende taken binnen het lokale team. Profiel Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in Frans en Engels (Duits is een plus). Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een ERP-pakket. Kennis van douane- en accijnswetgeving, de transportsector en/of een ISO9001-omgeving is een troef. Je bent nauwkeurig, betrokken, resultaatgericht, flexibel en een echte teamplayer met integriteit en empathie. Je rapporteert aan de Business Development Manager en werkt samen met klanten, leveranciers, management en diverse interne diensten.
