As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll take ownership of the full complaint-handling process — from first contact to final resolution. Your responsibilities include: Investigating customer or dealer complaints and coordinating with all involved parties. Driving resolution through clear communication and timely follow-up. Assigning responsibility and ensuring any financial settlements are handled.
