Position: Senior / Lead Functional Analyst Location: Brussels | Hybrid (3 days remote) Your Profile Experience as a Functional Analyst (senior/lead level) Strong experience in Agile / Scrum environments Excellent functional and business analysis skills Able to quickly understand and abstract complex systems Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams Comfortable working in large and complex application landscapes Experience with UML, BPMN, and structured analysis techniques Familiar with Java-based ecosystems (J2EE, APIs, services, databases – functional perspective) Ability to integrate easily into existing teams and supervise juniors Your Role Act as Senior / Lead Functional Analyst within large-scale Agile transformation programs Analyze, document, and validate business and (non-)functional requirements Translate requirements into functional analyses, application designs, and data models Ensure consistency, coherence, and dependency management across complex application landscapes Collaborate closely with developers, architects, testers, and project managers Support end-to-end delivery, from analysis to testing and production Contribute to test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance Coach and support junior analysts and contribute to team best practices Languages Dutch: Native or fluent (analysis and documentation are written in Dutch) English: Active knowledge French: Fluent or Active knowledge Equal Opportunity: GBT Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
