About
As an Operations Assistant Germany, you will join our Road department, which specializes in road transport. You will be responsible for assisting our transport planners with various administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Confirm incoming transport orders to customers
- Process groupage transport orders accurately in line with internal procedures
- Verify and request additional data from customers for smooth delivery
- Generate necessary transport documents (CMR, ADR, customs, etc.)
- Instruct distribution for pickup (export) or delivery (import) of groupage shipments
- Monitor and follow up on orders, ensuring accurate delivery date registration
- Perform department-specific administrative tasks

Are you the perfect fit?
- You just obtained your bachelor's degree or you have a first experience with Road transportation.
- Willing to puzzle and able to work in an ad-hoc environment;
- Good knowledge of German, French and English (spoken and written)
