Business Process Analyst Brussels | Permanent Contract (CDI)Are you passionate about technology and enjoy solving complex problems? We are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze, improve, and optimize business processes through innovative IT solutions. If you are curious, detail-oriented, and results-driven, this position is for you.We are looking for profiles with at least 3 years of professional experience after graduation. Your main responsibilities:Gathering and analyzing business needs: Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.Writing functional specifications: Document requirements and user stories to guide the development team.Proposing technological solutions: Identify innovative solutions to address business challenges.Coordinating testing phases: Participate in test design, ensure the quality of deliverables, and verify that implemented solutions meet expectations.Ensuring smooth communication: Act as an interface between business and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
