We need youThe project:Our client in the banking sector, is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to strengthen their team.Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements related to the new processesRegression Testing: Conduct regression testing in consultation with the business stakeholdersChange Management: Develop training materials for stakeholder adoption and understanding.Decision Validation: Collaborate with the team to validate decisions, ensuring alignment with project goals and business requirements.IT-Business Liaison: Facilitate communication between IT and business teams.Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for the new processes and coordinate team needs.Stakeholder Management: Consider team needs and interdependencies for a holistic approach.Is this you?Experience Level: Medior Business Analyst with experience in GRC projects.Technical Expertise: Prior experience with ServiceNow IRM modules is desirableStakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to engage with a wide range of business teams with diverging requirements.Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes in a banking contextTime Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Languages: Native French and/or Dutch and proficiency in EnglishSkills:Agile/ScrumGDPR and Privacy ManagementRisk mitigationServiceNowSoftware testingThird Party risk managementHow afarax supports you?You benefit from our extensive networkYou will have access to projects that fit your expertiseWe help and support you throughout your projectWe offer the possibility to build a valuable and lasting partnershipCheck out more projects on: https://afarax.be/jobs/type/freelance/
