**Role**:
Are you a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with a passion for streamlining IT processes? We are seeking a highly skilled junior, medioror senior IT process analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing IT processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes are aligned with business goals and objectives.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Observe, understand and model organization workflows (AS-IS).
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize processes (TO-BE).
- Leverage IT solutions to streamline and enable automation.
- Track and measure the success of process improvements.
**Skills**:
- Office 365
- JIRA, Trello or Confluence
- Business Process Modelling (BPMN or UML)
- Sound knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean management
- Analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
**Languages**:
- English + one local language (French or Dutch) is preferred.
**Location**:
- Hybrid position in Brussels
Work Location: Hybrid remote in 1000 Brussel
