**Overview**:
Process Analyst with strong knowledge in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, Business Case Analysis, Change Management, and IT Project Management. Experienced in Agile, BPMN 2.0, UX/UI, Microsoft Visio, Process Optimisation, Data Analysis, Power BI, Python, SQL, Jira, IT solution integration, and team coordination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture, analyze, and prioritize business and IT demand from various stakeholders
- Ensure proper alignment of demand with available IT resources and capacity
- Coordinate and manage demand intake processes, following the structured approach to capturing new projects and requests
- Contribute to resource planning by forecasting demand and assisting in balancing IT workloads
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, expectations, and objectives
- Develop business cases and process flows to support organizational initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand business needs
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams
- Ensure that functional specifications are clear, complete, and aligned with the overall business strategy
- Assist in the development and testing of functional specifications
- Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers, systems architects) and non-technical stakeholders
- Document and prioritize business requirements and functional specifications
- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with deliverables
- Manage scope changes and ensure that all requirements are adequately addressed in the final solution
- Assist in designing IT solutions that meet business needs
- Support the creation of test plans, cases, and scripts to validate functionality
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure proper implementation of business requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for business stakeholders regarding IT-related processes and changes
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout project lifecycles
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders
- Ensure that IT solutions comply with public sector regulations, policies, and standards
- Assist in ensuring the privacy, security, and accessibility of data and IT systems within the organization
- Analyze the impact of implemented solutions and processes, recommending further improvements
- Provide ongoing support to users and address any issues related to functionality and business processes

**Must Have Skills**:

- Master's degree in Business Engineering or an equivalent master's degree
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, Business Case Analysis, Change Management in Digital Transformation, Functional Analysis, and IT Project Management
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and BPMN 2.0
- Skilled in Customer Experience (UX/UI), Microsoft Visio, and Process Optimisation
- Knowledgeable in Data Analysis and Power BI
- Familiar with Python, SQL, and Jira
- Hands-on experience integrating an IT solution into an existing ecosystem
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams towards achieving results-driven objectives
- Native proficiency in French or Dutch, with full professional proficiency in English

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in the public sector
- BPMN and Agile (PO or SAFe Framework) certification
- Experience designing digital processes within a CRM solution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
- Result-oriented, structured, and organized
