At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a System Analyst to join our UniQue team.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Coordinate and collaborate with the programme team (while liaising closely with the competent action officers) and provide information and IT inputs to the program management
- Analyse the different program processes and rules in relation to the IT landscape.
- Extract and analyse datasets of the current IT landscape with complex data structures, identifying their relations in order to provide summarised data views.
- Extract, analyse and provide the summary of relations of different parameters for different sets of data in an understandable format.
- Extract, analyse and process data from dashboards and IT landscape tools to provide inputs depending on requests (communication briefings, reporting exercises, performance indicators targets review, etc.).
- Analyse and propose ways of using, improving and cross-feeding datasets for any purposes related to the monitoring, reporting, evaluation and implementation of the program
- Analyse business requirements and support their translation into functional/IT specifications together with the business management team to meet the monitoring, reporting and evaluation purposes, and to inform policy development.
- Design the format of the summary data with complex conditioning on requests.
- Analyse data from the program’s implementation for monitoring, reporting and evaluation purposes, and for informing policy development
- Analyse and propose ways of using, improving and cross-feeding datasets for any purposes related to the implementation of the program
- Provide input in reports and factsheets on the Corps and assist in the layout if possible.
**Requirements**:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master's level university degree
- 9 years of experience in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis
- Ability to use graphical programs to layout factsheets or reports
- Ability to _analyse, extract, interpret and translate to IT specifications _
- Experience with Application development, contact with developers
- Fluency in English. French language knowledge is considered a strong asset.
