Onze klant, een grote logistieke speler, is op zoek naar een gedreven Process Improvement Analyst om hun team te versterken.Als Process Improvement Analyst ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van de teams door prestaties inzichtelijk te maken en verbeterkansen te identificeren. Je analyseert data, processen en KPI’s en vertaalt die inzichten naar concrete acties die de efficiëntie, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid verhogen. Je helpt de teams om onderliggende oorzaken te begrijpen en verbeterinitiatieven op te zetten. Zo draag je bij aan continuous improvement door data-gedreven beslissingen te ondersteunen en verbeteringen duurzaam te verankeren. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de verdere digitalisering van processen.Wat ga je doen: Analyseren van operationele data, processen en prestatiesOntwikkelen, opvolgen en interpreteren van KPI’s en dashboards (o.a. Power BI / Qlik)Identificeren van verbeterkansen op basis van data, trends en root cause analysesVertalen van businessnoden naar duidelijke requirements voor IT en digitale toolsMeewerken aan de optimalisatie en digitalisering van processenOndersteunen van besluitvorming door heldere analyses en rapportagesUitvoeren van kwaliteitsaudits en vertalen van de resultaten naar praktische actieplannen voor continue verbeteringWat breng je mee: Een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaringEnige werkervaring binnen operations, logistiek of procesverbeteringSterke analytische mindset, natuurlijke interesse in cijfers en processen, en een gestructureerde manier van werkenVermogen om inzichten helder te communiceren en comfortabel te functioneren in een rol die bruggen slaat tussen data, operations en ITGoede kennis van Excel en BI-tools; kennis van SQL is een plus, maar vooral leergierigheid en interesse in data en digitalisering zijn belangrijkErvaring met audits en kennis van ISO-normen zijn een plusJe komt terecht in een rol waarin je zichtbare impact kan maken, veel kunt bijleren en meewerkt aan concrete verbeteringen binnen een data-gedreven omgeving. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen op het vlak van analyse, procesoptimalisatie en digitale tools, in nauwe samenwerking met verschillende teams.
