We are looking for a freelance Data Analyst to strengthen our Microsoft-Team at one of our clients in the banking & insurance industryYOUR JOBIn this role, you will play a key part in the data analysis and mapping activities that support a large-scale portfolio transition to new target systems. You will work closely with the data mapping team to ensure a smooth and high-quality data migration, with a strong focus on documentation, analysis, and implementation.Perform detailed data mapping across various structured and unstructured data sources, migrating from current systems to new target systems.Analyse existing data quality and identify gaps or inconsistencies.Define and implement mitigation plans to safeguard data quality throughout the migration process.Produce clear, thorough documentation to support all analysis and mapping activities.Support the definition and rollout of performance and quality indicators, ensuring adherence to data policies, standards, and governance requirements.Ensure project alignment with architecture and data principles, SLDC/PMO guidelines, and the organisation’s risk and compliance framework.Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders and teams across the organisation to ensure effective communication and collaboration.YOUR SKILLS3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst3+ years of experience within life insurancesProficient in SQLFamiliar with data migration, data governance and data mappingFluent in English and French/DutchKnowledge of AWS is a plusOUR OFFERHybrid workingLocation: BrusselsStart: asapDuration: 5 monthsInterested to learn more?
