Als Directeur IT Strategy, Security, Governance & Data rapporteert je rechtstreeks aan de COO en geeft leiding aan een team van 25–30 medewerkers (waaronder 4 domeingebonden Enterprise Architecten, een IT DPMO Lead, een Data Governance Manager en een team voor IT Risk & Security). Je bouw verder op bestaande governance-, risk- en portfolio-ritmes en veranker je een sterk architectuur-, data- en risicoraamwerk over de volledige organisatie. Jouw missie Enterprise-breed IT governance, besluitrechten en controls verankeren en operationaliseren. Executie versnellen via heldere decision making, consistente cadans en transparante rapportering. Een gedragen enterprise architectuur- en datavisie omzetten in standaarden, hergebruik en meetbare resultaten. Proactief risicobeheer en compliance borgen (o.a. ISO, NIS2, DORA). Jouw prioriteiten Enterprise Architectuur- visie → gedragen standaarden, hergebruik en coherente solution outlines. IT DPMO- één bron van waarheid in portfolio- en financiële rapportering, variances onder controle. Execution Office- TC&R operating model uitrollen en maturiteit verhogen (ceremonies, coaching, reporting). Data Governance- federated ownership, data products, contracts en kwaliteitssturing verankeren. IT Risk & Security- framework, assessments, audits en audit readiness strak organiseren. Leadership- teamontwikkeling, performancecultuur en stakeholder alignment. Concreet neem je ownership over Enterprise Architectuur (EA) – “van visie naar gedragen standaarden” Eigenaarschap over EA operating model, principes en richtlijnen. Faciliteren van Architecture Alignment en Portfolio Architecture Boards; hergebruik stimuleren. Kwaliteitssturing op LeanIX repository en beslissingsdocumenten richting stuurfora. IT DPMO – “één bron van waarheid” Rapporteringcadans leiden (RAG, Top 10, financiële one-pagers, OPEX, team health). Variances opvolgen, arbitrage faciliteren, besluiten borgen richting boards/committees. Werken volgens PBO/QBR sequencing en forumverantwoordelijkheden. Execution Office – "transformatie en ritme" Sponsor en sturing van TC&R operating model-coaching van leadership/teams, governance maturiteit, ceremonies en reporting. Data Governance – “van data naar betrouwbare producten en inzichten” Data Council aansturen en het Target Operating Model voor data neerzetten. Federated data ownership en data products verankeren (contracts, marketplace, SLA/SLO’s). Privacy/DORA/GDPR, lineage, glossary, quality dashboards en KPI’s integreren. IT Risk & Security – “proactief risicobeheer en compliance" IT risk management framework beheren (identificatie, analyse, opvolging). Security policies, controls en compliance bewaken (ISO, NIS2, DORA). Risk assessments en audits coördineren; actieplannen opvolgen. Aanspreekpunt richting CISO- audit readiness, findings en samenwerking met auditors. Leiderschap & organisatieontwikkeling People leadership over 25–30 FTE; competentie-uitbouw (EA, DPMO, Data Gov, Risk & Security). Stakeholdermanagement met portfolio directors, CPO/PO’s, service managers en business leadership. Jouw impact Architectuurcoherentie & hergebruik- hogere reuse ratio, gedragen principes, sterke alignment via boards. Portfolio voorspelbaarheid- betere predictability, uniforme RAG/finance reporting, minder variances. Datakwaliteit & governance- actieve Data Council, werkende data contracts, zichtbare kwaliteit via dashboards. IT risk & security- aantoonbare risicoreductie, compliance (ISO/NIS2/DORA), succesvolle audits en opvolging.
