Uw rol Als Application Support Engineer ga je aan de slag in het 'Production' team, onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de directie 'Platform & Enabling'. Je bent de technische spilfiguur en verantwoordelijk voor technische opvolgingen met betrekking tot de ontvangst van informatiestromen van buitenaf (bv. scannings, mails, ). Je controleert diverse opdrachten en flows, dit ook met betrekking tot het versturen van externe communicatie. In dit kader sta je in voor tweedelijns technische ondersteuning bij scanoperatoren en ondersteun je hen bij de problemen die ze ondervinden. Je corrigeert scanfouten en bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor de configuratie en het bijwerken van de gebruikte software en/of hardware. Tevens ben je een technische referentiepersoon voor de andere teamleden van het team Operations. Tot slot sta je in voor de organisatie en opvolging van de geplande taken. Dit doe je met behulp van tools zoals XL-Release en/of RunDeck. Uw profiel Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Master diploma in informatica. Je hebt een goede kennis van SQL, ontwikkelingstalen, Windows en Linux. Je kennis van GIT, REST en SOAP zijn een pluspunt. Je bent analytisch ingesteld en je weet ook probleemoplossend te handelen. Je kan zowel autonoom werken als in teamverband efficiënt functioneren. Tot slot heb je een passieve kennis van de tweede landstaal. Je hebt tevens een goede kennis van het Engels.
