Als Support Engineer / Helpdeskmedewerker kom je terecht in een centraal team dat werkt rond digitale loketten en informatieplatformen binnen de publieke sector. Dit team bestaat uit diverse profielen zoals analisten, UX-designers, projectleiders, architecten, productverantwoordelijken en een service delivery team. Samen ondersteunen jullie digitale diensten die door burgers, organisaties en partners dagelijks gebruikt worden. Jouw rol Je werkt mee aan verschillende digitale diensten, waaronder burgergerichte loketten, informatieplatformen en ondersteunende contactcenters. Deze diensten bieden burgers en organisaties een veilige en gebruiksvriendelijke manier om digitale aanvragen, dossiers, gegevens en administratieve documenten te raadplegen of te beheren. Daarnaast leveren jullie ondersteuning aan publieke organisaties die deze platformen inzetten voor hun dienstverlening. In deze rol fungeer je als brug tussen eindgebruikers en technische teams (ontwikkelaars, product owners, architecten). Je helpt gebruikers verder met hun vragen, incidenten en verzoeken, en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en correcte opvolging. Verantwoordelijkheden Je behandelt meldingen op eerste- en tweedelijnsniveau (applicatief). Je staat rechtstreeks in contact met burgers, partners en interne technische teams. Je communiceert helder, professioneel en empathisch — zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je analyseert, categoriseert en prioriteert incidenten en serviceaanvragen. Je werkt mee aan het up-to-date houden van kennisartikels, documentatie en configuratiegegevens. Je schrijft duidelijke documentatie en deelt kennis met collega's en ondersteunende teams. Je volgt interne communicatiekanalen (tickets, berichten, dashboards) op en signaleert relevante gebeurtenissen. Je werkt volgens ITIL-principes en draagt bij aan procesoptimalisatie binnen het supportdomein. Jouw profiel Je bent klantgericht en communiceert op een professionele en empathische manier. Je beheerst Nederlands op moedertaalniveau (C2-niveau is een must) Je beschikt over een goed probleemoplossend vermogen en blijft kalm onder druk. Je denkt analytisch en hebt sterke time-managementvaardigheden. Je werkt nauwkeurig, documenteert gestructureerd en deelt actief kennis. Je hebt bij voorkeur basiskennis van ITIL (V2/V3/V4). Ervaring met servicedesktools zoals Jira, ServiceNow of gelijkaardige toepassingen is een plus. Je bent vertrouwd met applicatie-support en voelt je comfortabel in een rol die zowel functioneel als technisch inzicht vereist. Je bent bereid om deels op kantoor te werken (inclusief verplaatsingen binnen Vlaanderen) in combinatie met thuiswerk.
