De uitdaging Als Insurance Claims Officer speel je een sleutelrol in het verzekeren van een vlotte, efficiënte en professionele afhandeling van alle schadeclaims. Naast het schadebeheer ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie van alle verzekeringsdossiers binnen de vennootschappen en tijdelijke maatschappen. Dit omvat onder andere: aansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen (burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid derden en motorvoertuigen), bouwplaatsrisicoverzekeringen, brandverzekeringen, rechtsbijstandsverzekeringen. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CFO. Onderstaande taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn slechts een gebalde greep uit je pakket: Registratie, beheer en opvolging van A tot Z van alle schadedossiers; Eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle schade gerelateerde vragen; (Pro-actieve) onderhandelingen met diverse verzekeraars en betrokken partijen; Analyse, vergelijk en advies inzake de lopende polissen (voorwaarden) op basis van periodieke rapportages en statistieken. Jouw profiel Kenniseisen Je beschikt minimum over een bachelor in verzekeringen, financiën of rechten of gelijkwaardig door ervaring; Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; Juridische kennis inzake verzekeringen en contracten is een absolute troef; Duidelijke communicatie, discretie en logisch redeneervermogen zijn jouw belangrijkste troeven. Perfecte kennis Nederlands vul je aan met een kennis Frans en Engels. Persoonlijkheidscompetenties Je kan omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten en variabele werkdruk, zonder in te boeten op nauwkeurigheid en service; Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in een team opereren; Dankzij je analytische benadering pluis je zaken uit, zoek je achterliggende factoren en respecteer je de deadlines; Detail georiënteerd en resultaatsgericht; Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om efficiënt en glashelder met alle betrokkenen te overleggen, waaronder collega’s, verzekeraars en externe instanties.
