Als Functioneel Analist ben je de schakel tussen de business en het IT-team. Je analyseert de behoeften van de gebruikers en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke en uitvoerbare specificaties. Je werkt nauw samen met product owners, developers en testers in een Agile omgeving om de best mogelijke oplossingen te realiseren. Verantwoordelijkheden: Verzamelen, analyseren en documenteren van businessbehoeften. Vertalen van functionele vereisten naar use cases en user stories. Modelleren van processen en systemen met behulp van BPMN en UML. Opstellen van functionele specificaties voor ontwikkelteams. Ondersteunen bij de integratie van systemen en het opzetten van API-koppelingen. Samenwerken met ontwikkelaars en testers tijdens de volledige ontwikkelcyclus. Uitvoeren van functionele analyses op databanken, inclusief SQL-query's. Meewerken aan de voorbereiding en validatie van testscenario's. Actieve deelname aan Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Profiel: Bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, Business of een verwant domein. Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Analist in een IT-omgeving. Uitstekende kennis van BPMN, UML, SQL, API's en integratievraagstukken. Ervaring met het schrijven van use cases en user stories in een Agile context. Analytisch en oplossingsgericht denkvermogen. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands (kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een plus).
