Job Description

HR & Administrative Assistant responsibilities include managing HR data, recruitment, employee information, vendor services, office maintenance, and company initiatives. Additional duties encompass travel arrangements, expense processing, leave management, exit processes, and administrative follow-ups.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service to assist the HR team and company's management in HR matters.
  • Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
  • Responsible for entering entries in ERP – including new hire, termination, etc.
  • Manage new hire process including all pre-employment testing.
  • Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Follow up with Vendors for quotation, PI, invoice process.
  • Smooth functioning for office maintenance.
  • Ensure smooth process on company initiatives i.e. Pat on the back, Selfie with CEO, Employee engagement activities etc.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
  • Taking various follow ups but not limited to TS and Leave approval and Submission, Confirmation, Leave management, Exit process.
  • Performs other admin duties as assigned.
