This role reports to the Supplier Quality Manager, with frequent interaction for information exchange and key decision-making. Regular collaboration with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production teams is essential. External communication includes direct contact with suppliers and Supplier Development Engineering. Job Duties and Responsibilities Key Activity Area 1: Supplier Audits "Plan and perform audits at supplier facilities to confirm process capability and product reliability, thereby preventing disruptions on Dana's production lines." Key Activity Area 2: Supplier Support & Development "Monitor, follow up, assess, and guide suppliers to ensure they consistently deliver parts that meet Dana's quality requirements and technical specifications." Key Activity Area 3: Technical Support to Purchasing "Assist the Purchasing Department during the evaluation and selection of potential suppliers to ensure only high-quality, specification-compliant partners are approved." Key Activity Area 4: RRR Decisions "Make informed decisions regarding rejected supplier components to safeguard the quality and compliance of all incoming parts."
