Infrastructure Engineer Hybrid Cloud (Azure & M365) Location: Brussels City Center Assignment: Full-time, long-term Start date: ASAP Environment: Hybrid Cloud (Azure & On-Prem) Languages: Native French or Dutch + English About the RoleFor a professional enterprise environment in the heart of Brussels, we are looking for 3 Medior System Engineers – Hybrid Cloud with strong hands-on experience in Azure and Microsoft 365.You will support the Infrastructure team and play a key role in the operational management, stability, security, and optimization of a hybrid cloud environment. The mission focuses on run & improve activities: incident management (L2/L3), automation, migrations, and continuous improvement. Your ResponsibilitiesOperational management of Azure and Microsoft 365 environmentsEnsuring availability, security, and compliance of the infrastructureResolving L2/L3 incidents and complex technical issuesManaging hybrid infrastructure (on-prem Azure)Participating in migration and modernization projectsAutomation using PowerShell and Azure CLIActively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Technical RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure rolesStrong knowledge of:Azure administrationMicrosoft 365Windows Server administrationActive Directory / Entra ID / ADFSDNS & DHCPExperience with:Hybrid cloud architecturesITSM processes & tools (e.g. ServiceNow)Monitoring & security tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Security Center)Infrastructure as Code (nice to have) Soft SkillsProactive and solution-oriented mindsetStrong analytical skills and attention to qualityExcellent communication skillsTeam player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility Certifications (Nice to Have)Azure Administrator AssociateAzure Solutions ArchitectITIL Foundation Why Join?Long-term assignment in a stable and modern enterprise environmentWork on cutting-edge hybrid cloud technologiesCentral Brussels location with hybrid working modelCollaborative team and impactful projects Interested?
