L'équipe « Logistic Support Desk » est responsable de toutes les informations, questions et réclamations des points de vente concernant le service Approvisionnement.
L'Officier Support Logistique, au sein d'une équipe de 8 collègues, est responsable de la qualité des solutions qu'il propose.

Domaines de résultats  Orientation client

  • Contact avec le client (magasins intégrés/franchises, directeurs régionaux, managers dépôts, transports, services centraux, sociétés extérieures, etc.) est au cœur de votre poste. Tu fais utiliser les différents canaux de communication existants (téléphone, email, enregistrement des tickets, visites en magasin) et recherche systématiquement l'optimisation de ces canaux.

  • Vous êtes responsable de l'enregistrement, de la distribution et de la réponse à la question ou à la plainte et réponse du et vers le client concernant la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
  • Vous connaissez les solutions possibles et proposez la solution la plus adaptée de manière professionnelle moyen d'améliorer le fonctionnement commercial, organisationnel et financier des magasins pour aider à assurer.
  • Vous accompagnez et conseillez vos collègues pour trouver une solution gagnant-gagnant pour tous parties impliquées, notamment dans les conflits.
  • Vous créez une excellente qualité de service et la satisfaction client priorité continue.
  • Vous êtes un expert dans la gestion des différents processus et activités de l'équipe.
  • Il s'agit de questions et de solutions concernant : La planification des livraisons, l'arrivée des camions ; référence d'information, produit, régulier/promotionnel ; Commandes supplémentaires de marchandises/vides ; Retourne et transfère les marchandises/vides ; Planification spéciale pour la rénovation/travaux routiers ; Entreposage ; Avoir, documents, Winstore ; en cas de vol (constitution d'un dossier d'assurance en cas de dommages à une marchandise et/ou à un bâtiment ; intervention sur des problèmes de température lors d'une livraison ; intervention sur des situations conflictuelles, telles que des problèmes de chargement et de déchargement ; enquête sur une marchandise défectueuse ou un palette).
  • Vous réalisez de nombreuses missions interservices, comme par exemple le suivi des dossiers en suspens les dossiers de litige d'Audit et vous êtes responsable des tickets correctement complétés et organiser les retours nationaux de marchandises.

  • Vous recherchez continuellement des améliorations dans les opérations de l'équipe
  • Vous faites des propositions d'amélioration en fonction des retours du magasin, de votre expertise et de votre esprit critique.
  • Vous vous assurez que les procédures existantes sont appliquées ;
  • Vous développez continuellement votre expertise, votre professionnalisme et votre orientation client.
  • Vous êtes un ambassadeur actif de Carrefour ;
     
Communication
  • Vous lancez des communications sur Intranet, email, ou via SMS pour des communications ciblées.
  • Vous assistez votre manager dans l'organisation d'événements tels que des salons et des rencontres régionales.
  • Vous soutenez la communication interne et soutenez activement la communication au sein des équipes et
  • Vous encouragez la rapidité d'action en assurant une communication cohérente entre votre équipe et le reste de l'organisation
Votre profil
  • Niveau de réflexion Bachelor
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience en tant qu'Opérateur de Support Logistique
  • Expérience dans le commerce de détail - expérience d'achat
  • Parfaitement bilingue NL + FR (oral + écrit)
