IT Technical Lead Brussels x2 Days a Week onsite Rest Remote Strong Day Rate 2yr Contract English & French Well known Global Consultancy based in Brussels are looking for a IT Technical Lead. Key Responsibilities: Manage major/complex ICT tracks within the strategic projects and programs Translate project proposals and business cases into concrete deliverables aligned with organisational strategy and long-term vision Prepare and present investment proposals to senior management and Management Committee Deliver projects on time, within budget, scope, and quality standards Serve as interface for product, project, customer, and information flow Monitor, adjust, and optimize projects to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and propose alternative solutions Manage external ICT partners and project team dynamics Own ICT project budget, coordinate business cases, and ensure accurate financial reporting to sponsors monthly Track, report, and achieve project/program objectives and progress Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and drive enterprise-wide change initiatives Manage stakeholders across complete ICT project scope (70%) Develop ICT project charters with detailed planning and transition strategies for sustainable operations, including budget planning (15%) Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO and ICT methodologies throughout project lifecycle (10%) Champion project management processes and coach less experienced colleagues (5%) Job Requirements: Master degree 10-12 years, of which at least 5 years in project/program management with a focus on ICT implementations Proven experience with prioritization in complex environments, management reporting, communication, cross-departmental mechanisms, process improvement. Language skills: fluent in Dutch and/or French + English (advanced level, spoken as well as written) Required certificates: relevant but not required – PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL All interviews will be done remotely.
