We are currently looking for a Junior Reconciliation Officer for one of our clients in the financial services sector, located in Brussels. This Belgian organization was founded less than ten years ago and originally launched as a start-up, is now scaling rapidly and evolving into a mature scale-up. Our client has doubled both its workforce and its footprint across Belgium. Joining this structure means stepping into a company that still embraces a strong start-up mindset. Our partner is expanding quickly while maintaining a very flat organizational model. The pace is fast and requires adaptability, but the environment is highly dynamic, project-driven and offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of a significant national initiative. Due to its rapid growth, our client is willing to strengthen its financial team. As a Junior Reconciliation Officer, you will collaborate closely with a small, experienced, and supportive team. Are you ready to be part of this success story? Support the team in daily cash reconciliation activities Assist in performing daily and monthly reconciliation controls Prepare key figures and reports for management Contribute to reconciliation checks by identifying discrepancies Support follow-up on financial impacts on the balance sheet and P&L Assist in the implementation of new reconciliation or reporting tools Superior degree in Finance or Accounting At least a first experience as a Reconciliation Officer or as an AP/AR Accountant You speak French and have a good level of English & Dutch You are motivated, resilient and thrive when facing new challenges Curious, you are not afraid of asking questions You approach your work with a positive attitude and a proactive mindset Benefit from a competitive salary package including many advantages such as meal vouchers, eco vouchers, net expenses, hospitalization & group insurances, a sectorial bonus, ...
