Functietitel en positie - Senior Freelance Bouwexpert (Architect / Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde / Burgerlijk Ingenieur-Architect).- Doorgroeitraject naar Managing Partner / Dagelijkse leiding van een gespecialiseerd bouwkundig expertisebureau.Kernopdracht - Uitvoeren van onafhankelijke bouwexpertises in het kader van bouwschade, gebreken, bouwfysische problemen en geschillen (gerechtelijk en buitengerechtelijk).- Leiding nemen in de verdere uitbouw, professionalisering en dagelijkse operationele aansturing van een gerenommeerd expertisebureau.Verantwoordelijkheden - Technische vaststellingen op het terrein, opmaak van helder gestructureerde expertiserapporten en formuleren van oplossingsgerichte adviezen.- Technische ondersteuning van advocaten, verzekeraars, ondernemingen en particulieren, inclusief bijstand bij (voor)opnemingen en opleveringen.- Coördinatie en coaching van (junior) experten, kwaliteitsbewaking van alle dossiers en vertegenwoordiging van het kantoor naar klanten en rechtbanken.Profiel - Diploma architect, burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde of burgerlijk ingenieur-architect, met bij voorkeur minimaal 20 jaar brede praktijkervaring.- Diepgaande kennis van constructies, technische installaties en bouwfysica, aangevuld met aantoonbare ervaring in werfopvolging of expertise.- Bewezen leidinggevende ervaring en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; u kan met gezag en diplomatie onderhandelen, bemiddelen en teams aansturen.Aanbod- Freelance samenwerking met marktconforme vergoeding en grote autonomie in de organisatie van uw opdrachten.- Korte termijn perspectief om de dagelijkse leiding en strategische uitbouw van een gevestigd expertisebureau op u te nemen.
