Ses équipes pluridisciplinaires – plusieurs centaines de collaborateurs – sont pleinement engagées dans des missions à fort impact dans le domaine des soins, de la recherche et de l'appui aux professionnels de santé. Ses domaines clés d'activité incluent : le soutien avancé au diagnostic médical, la recherche appliquée et translationnelle, le développement de partenariats scientifiques et technologiques, la gestion stratégique de ressources biologiques, ainsi que des actions d'enseignement et de formation. DESCRIPTION DE LA FONCTION Le Directeur Financier occupe une fonction de pilotage au sein de l'organisation. Il est responsable de la coordination, de la structuration et du suivi des activités financières, en lien étroit avec les équipes internes et les interlocuteurs externes. MISSIONS PRINCIPALES Élaborer, suivre et analyser le budget consolidé, les prévisions financières, les reportings et les indicateurs de performance. Mettre en place et piloter les dispositifs de contrôle de gestion et d'analyse économique. Apporter un appui financier aux responsables opérationnels. Participer à l'élaboration de plans financiers et d'analyses de rentabilité. Contribuer aux instances de gouvernance et aux comités d'investissement. PROFIL Formation supérieure de niveau Master en finance, économie ou gestion. Expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction de management. Pratique avérée du contrôle de gestion et du pilotage budgétaire. Bonne maîtrise des outils financiers intégrés. COMPÉTENCES REQUISES Compétences techniques : Analyse financière et économique des projets. Connaissance des normes comptables et des processus budgétaires. Maîtrise des systèmes d'information financiers. Compétences comportementales : Capacité à travailler en transversal. Communication claire et structurée. Rigueur, fiabilité et adaptabilité.
