Als office assistant zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor:

  • onthaal (fysiek & telefonisch)
  • beheer & voorbereiding van vergaderzalen
  • stock management & bestelling van kantoormateriaal
  • organizatie van interne events (family day, onboarding...)
  • administratieve ondersteuning
  • Je bent tweetalig in Frans en Nederlands
  • Een eerste ervaring in administratie of receptie is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent proactief, georganiseerd en zelfstandig
  • Je bent beschikbaar vanaf augustus/september
