We gather all together at least once a year during a memorable Company Offsite (this year in Morocco) and have many occasions to meet in our regions during industry events or client conferences that we organize.
Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director Europe to join our team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by strategically formulating and executing on your sales strategy, fostering strong relationships with partners and leading family business practitioners.
Exceptional empathy is a must, allowing you to establish strong connections with senior executives from leading family businesses. Your passion for helping families in achieving long-term success, coupled with the ability to construct high-performing sales strategies, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities
- Construct and execute on a Sales Plan that you have created for Europe
- Travel regularly to attend industry events and expand Trusted Family's presence in your region
- Take ownership and initiatives for lead generation
- Be able to work and live in our CRM (Hubspot)
- Be relationship driven. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, prospects, partners has proven to be essential to the success of sales.
- Stay up-to-date on SaaS sales best practices and how best to sell softwares and close deals
- Collaborate with senior team members across all departments (Marketing, Product & Client Success) to uncover insights and create innovative sales strategies
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a sales position
- Knowledge of the family business and family office sector
- Demonstrated a proven track record of entrepreneurial spirit and initiative-driven practices in previous roles
- Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and of technology
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently both internally and externally
