Voor een internationaal bedrijf actief in de farmaceutische sector, gevestigd in Vilvoorde, zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker . In deze functie speel jij een cruciale rol in het garanderen van een vlotte orderverwerking en een hoog niveau van klanttevredenheid binnen een gereguleerde en internationale omgeving. Jij fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne stakeholders met betrekking tot bestellingen. Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van orders en volgt deze op van aanvraag tot levering. Jouw takenpakket als Customer Service Medewerker: Invoeren, verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders in het ERP-systeem. Bewaken van levertermijnen en proactief communiceren met klanten bij wijzigingen of vertragingen. Behandelen van vragen en klachten in verband met bestellingen, leveringen en facturatie. Nauwe samenwerking met interne afdelingen zoals Supply Chain, Planning, Logistiek, Quality en Finance. Zorgen voor correcte documentatie en naleving van farmaceutische procedures en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. Beheren en actualiseren van klant- en ordergegevens. Opstellen van rapportages en bijdragen aan continue procesverbeteringen binnen ordermanagement. Het ideale profiel als Customer Service Medewerker: Beschikt over een Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in een administratieve, logistieke of commerciële richting. Heeft een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans & Engels Heeft ervaring in customer service, ordermanagement of supply chain, idealiter binnen een gereguleerde sector zoals farma of life sciences. Werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht. Communiceert klantgericht en professioneel, ook in complexe of tijdsgevoelige situaties. Kan vlot samenwerken met verschillende interne teams en stakeholders. Heeft een goede kennis van ERP-systemen en MS Office.
