Als Trainer bij Sarens ben je hét gezicht van ons training center in Wolvertem. Je geeft verschillende opleidingen binnen het Besacc (en op termijn het ECOL) kader, steeds in een Heavy Lifting blauw kleurtje. Deze opleidingen worden zowel gevolgd door nieuwelingen als door mensen met 20 jaar ervaring in onze sector. De trainees zijn hoofdzakelijk mensen uit operations, maar de opleidingen staan eveneens open voor mensen die actief zijn in Sales, Engineering, Planning,… Naast het geven van opleiding, ben je (mede)verantwoordelijk voor het aanbrengen van educatieve verbeteringen, onderhoud van de locatie, up-to-date houden van cursus materiaal.

Om het Trainingscenter te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Trainer met ruime interesse in Heavy Lifting, sterke communicatieve skills, een zekere technische bagage en bovenal een passie voor mensen.

Jouw toekomstig takenpakket als Trainer in bullets:

  • Je geeft opleidingen (praktijk en theorie) aan Sarens werknemers. Ons aanbod bestaat vandaag uit:
    - BESACC : IS-001; IS-005; IS-006, IS-011; IS-031; IS-032; AV-006; AV-013
    - ECOL
    - TCVT
    - In-house : Lading zekeren, Lifting supervisor, Appointed person
  • In samenwerking met de trainingscenter collega’s neem je examens af, verzorg je administratie, wordt communicatie voorzien, etc… Je hebt een rol in de operationele werking.
  • Vanuit je kennis en ervaring hou je het cursus materiaal up-to-date, voorzie je nieuwe praktische oefeningen en implementeer je educatieve optimalisaties.
  • Je verzorgt de netheid van de trainingslocatie.
  • Ten alle tijden toepassen van de veiligheidsregels en de SHEQ standaarden van Sarens.
  • In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Trainingsmanager en werk je nauw samen met de coördinator die de planning en administratie (van inschrijving tot afleveren attest) op zich neemt.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gepassioneerde trainer die gebeten is door heavy lifting & equipment. Een hoger diploma is een leuke troef, maar bij Sarens hechten we veel meer belang aan de juiste mentaliteit én de Sarens match. Hiervoor moet je beschikken over logisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidszin en oog voor veiligheid, een doenersmentaliteit en een flexibele ingesteldheid.

De profielvereisten:

  • Ofwel kon je een ruime ervaring opbouwen in de wereld van de heavy lifting en ben je klaar om deze kennis systematisch te gaan overbrengen en delen.
    Ofwel beschik je over een ruime expertise in het geven van bovenvermelde opleidingen en ben je klaar om aan de slag te gaan bij een wereldleider in de Heavy Lifting.
  • Je hanteert een pedagogische reflex. Je kan mensen goed inschatten, luistert echt en communiceert vlot. Je bent geduldig, doch streng waar nodig. Mensen motiveren en iets bijbrengen maakt je oprecht gelukkig.
  • Je bent een échte Sarens ambassadeur. Je straalt uit wat je aanleert: kwaliteit, correctheid & passie.
  • Dagelijks PC gebruik is geen probleem voor jou. Je hanteert de juiste discipline in je administratieve opvolging.
