Your role will involve: As a Senior Consultant within Europe Wayfinders, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic growth journey during Wayfinders' foundational phase – translating strategic ambition into tangible impact. Reporting to a Senior Manager or Director (as appropriate), you will play a key role as a billable consultant in delivering transformative outcomes for our clients. You will contribute to high-impact engagements, managing workstreams, and supporting delivery excellence while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders. You will combine hands-on delivery with analytical thinking, ensuring structured outputs and supporting business development activities that expand our market presence and impact. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for: Client delivery Managing a small team or workstream within a consulting project. Owning portions of client deliverables and driving review process with managers and leadership. Building relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring effective and professional communication. Contributing to the structure and facilitation materials for client meetings and workshops. Practice development Contributing to the development and socialisation of frameworks, deliverables, templates, and accelerators. Identifying opportunities to improve engagement delivery, contributing new ideas, and raising risks before they escalate. Support practice building efforts such as onboarding, mentoring, training, and knowledge management. Business Development Curating and maintaining client success library to support business development. Drafting and formatting portions of proposals, and client presentations. Performing detailed research and data analysis. Supporting the execution of marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies. Your profile You have consulting experience in a tier-one consultancy or a similar advisory role within a leading services or solutions organization. You also bring: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear, client-ready presentations. Experience managing timelines and contributing to high-quality consulting deliverables. Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience developing basic value cases and financial models. A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. What is in it for you?
