COMPANY DESCRIPTIONIdealis Consulting is a team that designs, develops, integrates and supports your Odoo solutions in order to make our customers more productive, responsive and profitable.Our mission is to support the companies's growth and guarantee their digital transformation thanks to Odoo.POSITION DESCRIPTIONLead Odoo projects from requirements definition through deployment, defining schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budgetAnalyze several projects status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain relationships with clients, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesResponsible for the smooth running of the project from start to finishYOUR PROFILEMaster studies in a related area (Business Management, Computer Sciences, Engineering, ...)Minimum 3 years of project management experience with at least one experience in ERP implementationFluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is an assetCertification in Project Management as Agile/Scrum/Prince II, ...An experience with Odoo is a plusRigorous work ethicIndependent and fast learnerStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesHands-on and energetic personality with a positive attitudeWHAT WE OFFERAn employment contract for an indefinite period with numerous benefits or a position as independantA pleasant work environment and a great atmosphere at workA flexible scheduleAn attentive management that listens to its employeesVaried and challenging missions
