Overzicht van de functie We zoeken een geschikte kandidaat voor het werk van Dossierbeheerder HR. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratief beheer van afwezigheid in gevolge ziekte. Jij rapporteert aan de Manager HR Services en bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van ziektedossiers, medische controles en sancties. Ook verzorg je algemene informatie en advies aan managers of externe organisaties. Voor deze functie moet je beschikken over een Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt ook eerste ervaring als HR-dossierbeheerder nodig. Jij hebt goede kennis van sociale wetgeving en specifiek rond ziekte- en invaliditeitsverzekering. Kennis van module SAP HR is een troef, maar niet noodzakelijk.
