HR Data Specialist – SuccessFactors (Hybrid, Belgium)Join a growing in-house HR Operations team and build your career in HR data excellence.We are looking for a motivated HR Data Specialist to join our internal HR Operations team in Belgium. This role was previously outsourced and is now being brought in-house, offering the right candidate the chance to take ownership of critical HR data processes and contribute to long-term improvements.You will join a friendly team of six colleagues working in HR data governance, insights, and input. While you'll collaborate closely with them, this is a standalone position where you will manage the full scope of HR data input and related quality processes.What you will doIn this role, you'll handle a variety of operational HR data activities, including:Managing and processing requests through our HR case management/ticketing toolEncoding HR events in our global HR database (SuccessFactors), such as transfers, bonuses, and organizational changesRunning data quality checks, validations, and clean-upsSupporting mass data updates, imports/exports, and reportingCollaborating with IT on automation and continuous process improvementsYou will gain hands-on experience with global HR systems and play an important part in ensuring reliable, high-quality HR data across the company.What we are looking forAt least 1 year of HR data entry or HR data maintenance experienceIdeally around 3 years of total experience in HR operations (flexible depending on relevance)Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (mandatory)Solid Excel skills and a structured, detail-oriented mindsetExcellent command of EnglishNice to haveExperience with HR case management tools (e.g., Neocase), interest in process improvement, and an analytical mindset.What we offerA stable full-time (or 4-day/week) position within an established HR teamHybrid work model: 40% onsite (ideally Mondays and Wednesdays), 60% remoteA role where you can grow your HR operations skills and contribute to meaningful improvements in our HR processesIf you're looking to build your HR career in a supportive and international environment, we'd love to hear from you.
