Junior Measurement Support Engineer (ref code: MSE_12_25) We are currently looking to expand our onsite Measurements Support Operations team based in Mechelen, Belgium, with a Junior Measurement Support Engineer. Main Responsibilities Configure, operate, upgrade, troubleshoot & maintain the Rohde & Schwarz/SwissQual measurement equipment or equipment provided by the customer Technical support to different project leaders by managing network measurement equipment, applying correct configurations, troubleshooting and solving operational issues Technical support to measurement engineers in the field Participate, if needed, in making detailed measurement route planning Perform field measurements of mobile networks; Mainly while driving; but also, in trains and in static/walk test mode Upload the measurement data in the relevant Commsquare tools Ensure measurement integrity, data validity & systematic organisation of output data Importing and validation of field measurement data Maintaining the measurement equipment inventory Basic qualifications and experience BSc degree (or higher) in Electrical and/or Telecom Engineering or relevant field Working proficiency in Windows & MS Office Valid driving license Fluency in English (spoken & written) Be a team player with good communication skills. Be self-motivated, willing to take initiative and ownership, solution oriented with a "can" do attitude. Favoured qualifications and experience Proven experience in R&S/SwissQual measurement tools Understanding or RF principles in 2G/3G/4G/5G IT skills: SQL. Fluency in Dutch or French.
