Voor Volvo Group te Oostakker zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Supervisor voor de productie-afdeling.

Als supervisor bij Volvo Trucks coach je samen met jouw teambegeleiders een team van +/- 50 operatoren. Samen coördineren en organiseren jullie de productieactiviteiten op een gestructureerde en efficiënte manier, steeds met de nodige zorg voor de medewerkers. Zelf maak je eveneens deel uit van een divers team supervisors waarmee je dagelijks nauw samenwerkt en steeds terecht kan voor advies.

Als supervisor ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor een afgebakend deel van het productieproces.

  1. Je begeleidt en coacht jouw mensen om samen de vooropgestelde doelen te bereiken.
  2. Jij stoomt ze klaar tot professionals die efficiënt kunnen werken.
  3. Je ziet er op toe dat de regels inzake veiligheid, kwaliteit, ergonomie en milieu nageleefd worden.
  4. Jij stimuleert hen om enerzijds de regels te volgen en anderzijds verbeteringsvoorstellen te doen. Zij zijn tenslotte de experts in het productie of logistiek proces.
  5. Als supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de functioneringsgesprekken / coaching en ontwikkeling van de operatoren.
  6. Je staat in voor het begeleiden en opleiden van de operatoren. Identificeren van de opleidingsnoden en zorgen voor de nodige opleidingen.

Je team laten groeien door de juiste begeleiding en opleiding te bieden, vormt de essentie van jouw job als leidinggevende. Op deze manier dragen jullie bij tot het bereiken van de vooropgestelde doelen.
Als supervisor ben je de drijvende kracht op vlak van continu verbeteren binnen je verantwoordelijkheidsgebied, hierbij kan je rekenen op een crossfunctioneel team bestaande uit engineering, safety, kwaliteit, HR,…

Je zal werken in daguren. Je start jouw dag tussen 7u30 & 8u30 en werkt 8u/dag.
Profiel

We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde kandidaat met onderstaande talenten:

  1. Je hebt een bachelordipoma op zak en/of kan een eerste ervaring in een leidinggevende functie voorleggen.
  2. Je hebt een passie voor mensen en bent communicatief sterk. Een team coachen, inspireren en motiveren geeft je energie. Je bent heel toegankelijk voor jouw mensen.
  3. Je bent bereid om in een dagsysteem te werken.
  4. Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal en een goede kennis van het Engels.
  5. Een technische kennis is niet nodig maar je bent bereid om bij te leren, een mensgerichte leiderschapsstijl te hanteren en je bent organisatorisch vaardig.
  6. Je bent geen strenge leider maar eerder een zachtaardige coach.
  7. Je bent hands-on, flexibel en houdt ervan dat elke dag nieuwe uitdagingen met zich meebrengt.
  8. Je bent enorm leergierig. Dit bedrijf biedt heel veel opleidingen zodat je verder in jouw job kan groeien.
  9. Je bent sterk in het organiseren en kan prioriteiten stellen tijdens de dag. Je zorgt hierbij ook voor de nodige communicatie naar jouw team toe.
  10. Je denkt niet in problemen maar enkel in oplossingen. Je kan je flexibel opstellen en zorgt voor nieuwe ideeën en pakt de zaken direct aan.
Aanbod

Dit bedrijf biedt je meteen een vast contract aan.

    5. Verlof: 20 dagen + 15 dagen ADV + mogelijkheid om uren op te bouwen.
  3. Teamactiviteiten: eigen wielerploeg, samen sporten, familiedag naar bvb een pretpark, afterworkparty en drinks.
