Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In jouw rol als Productie Manager heb je een sleutelpositie binnen het bedrijf. Je krijgt de unieke kans om hun groeiambities te verwezenlijken en directe impact te maken op de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de productieprocessen. Je monitort niet alleen de voortgang van de productieplanning en processen, maar stimuleert ook voortdurend verbeteringen in werkwijzen en procedures. Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter de optimalisatie van veiligheid, kwaliteit, kosten en kwantiteit.

Hier krijg je de ruimte om jouw visie op leiderschap en procesoptimalisatie in de praktijk te brengen, terwijl je samenwerkt met een ervaren en gedreven team dat klaarstaat om samen met jou naar het volgende niveau te groeien.

Als Productiemanager krijg je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over de productieorganisatie van ca. 20 FTE, waarbij je rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de CEO. Je coördineert en leidt de complete productieketen en je krijgt ondersteuning van de productieassistent bij de dagelijkse en administratieve taken. Dankzij jouw leiderschap verloopt de productie soepel, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Concreet:

  • Je zal van start gaan met de volledige set-up van een nieuwe productielijn.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van productiestrategieën die aansluiten bij de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aankopen.
  • Leidinggeven aan een team van productiemedewerkers en technici; coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van personeel.
  • Optimaliseren van productieprocessen voor maximale efficiëntie en kwaliteit.
  • Samenwerken met R&D en engineering om innovatie in productieprocessen te stimuleren.
  • Beheren van budgetten en kosten, inclusief het maken van kosten-batenanalyses voor productieverbeteringen.
  • Waarborgen van veiligheid en naleven van alle wettelijke en bedrijfsstandaarden.

Wat verwachten wij van jou als Manager Productie & Operations?

  • Master in de industriële wetenschappen: elektromechanica
  • Een gedreven leider met ervaring in het aansturen van productieprocessen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en een constante drive om verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Je hebt graag een balans tussen operationele en strategische taken.
  • Een zeer goede kennis Nederlands / Engels.
