Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Support Engineer (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Brussel.

  • Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract
  • Duurtijd: Lange termijn
  • Customer facing gericht denken en handelen biedt specifieke IT-ondersteuning aan de gebruikers van de opdrachtgever
  • Denkt mee over de juiste flow die de gebruiker best volgt
  • Volgt aanvragen op en werkt deze volledig af op basis van prioriteit of FIFO (first-in-first-out)
  • Escaleert aanvragen binnen de eigen afdeling afhankelijk van de aard van het probleem
  • Fungeert als “single point of contact” voor de eindgebruiker of het betrokken team, ook al liggen de problemen buiten het eigen domein
  • Vormt steeds de link tussen team en eindklant waar nodig
  • Volgt de geregistreerde aanvragen administratief op
  • Verantwoordelijk voor nieuwe documentatie en up to date houden van bestaande documentatie
  • Interesse in media technisch gerelateerde flows en diensten (bv. Videofiles, camera’s, montages)
  • Opleiding gevolgd in informatica
  • Een toepasbare ervaring met Active Directory, ITIL Service Support
  • Aantoonbare algemene werkervaring (Windows 10 en Office 365)
  • Ervaring met installeren van applicaties met run as commando’s
  • Ervaring met ITIL manier van werken Kennis van Event Viewer / Taakbeheer / Regedit / standaard troubleshooting tools
  • Het voeren van telefonische gesprekken in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis van basisnetwerken (IP – DNS – FQDN – WIFI – LAN – IPv4 – IPv6 – VPN)
  • Kennis van Windows/macOS besturingssysteem
  • Nice to have: kennis van mediasystemen en content creatie tools
