About the role Are you someone who gets energy from keeping an overview, switching between teams and ensuring that everything in the operation runs smoothly? Then this role is perfect for you. In this position, you will play an important role in our fleet and asset organization within Benelux region. You ensure that our units are ready for rental, that the right investments are made and that service centers can continue to run continuously. This hybrid position is based in Beringen with some local travels. What will you do You support the fleet team in the Benelux region by translating the strategy determined by the management into concrete actions. You keep track of which units are ready for rental, which need minor maintenance and which need to be refurbished or replaced. You will also track units that are moved to other countries or locations and keep an eye on new deliveries from our factories. You work closely with Procurement, Finance, the project office and the service centers. You ensure that orders, maintenance tasks and deliveries are carried out on time. Service centers can contact you with questions about investments and supplies. You collect their input, assess what is needed and feed it back to the strategic fleet team. You keep track of the condition and availability of the assets and see where processes can be smarter or faster. You track orders and ensure that stock levels remain in order. You identify bottlenecks and see opportunities to improve work in the operation. In addition, you collect data from all service centers and convert this into clear reports and recommendations. What will you bring Experience in fleet/ logistics/ asset management. Outstanding communication skills in Dutch and English. Experience working in international and dynamic environment. Hand-on mindset with a natural ability to coordinate across different teams. Experience in building relations at all levels. Degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
