We organize ourselves into expert knowledge Units that collaborate with each other.That's why we are looking for curious individuals who are motivated by challenges and eager to grow personally and professionally, to join our team and make a positive impact on the world through technology.ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?We want you to be a part of our team, from Brussels, as a Test automation specialist.WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?Design, prepare and monitor automated tests.Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing process.Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach.Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture.Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs.Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach.Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?Strong knowledge of test automation technologies, tools, and techniques, with hands-on experience designing and implementing automation solutions.Experience in performance testing (advantage).Proficient with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools, including test data management and defect planning/management.Solid understanding of IS quality assurance, quality control practices, and organizational quality procedures.Good knowledge of software testing management, functional testing, and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).Experience working with Access Management systems.Technical expertise in Selenium, HP Quality Center, Java, JQuery, Eclipse, SOAP UI, and UML.Familiarity with software development methodologies and the ability to apply high-quality standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and participate confidently in technical meetings.Optional but highly valued certification: ISTQB Foundation or Advanced.Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1 level) and French (B2 level).WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?A diverse team.
