We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Diegem. In this role, you will handle incoming leads, manage end-to-end sales processes for smaller opportunities, and support the overall growth of our sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Directors, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.What You’ll DoProcess and qualify incoming leads, ensuring proper registration in our CRM tool.Act as the first point of contact for sales-related questions from customers and prospects.Manage the full sales cycle for smaller deals, from first contact to signed quotation.Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and follow-up actions.Support the preparation of quotations and coordinate with Sales Representatives when needed.Contribute to up-selling and cross-selling efforts within existing accounts.Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotations, and contracts in the CRM system.Support larger bids and tenders when required (LME segment).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Three to five years of experience in sales, preferably within the security or technology sector.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Team player with strong commercial drive and ability to work independently.Why Join UsA people-focused company where your work truly makes an impact.Hybrid working model combining office collaboration and home flexibility.Competitive salary and benefits package.A supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and growth.
