You are not just a consultant: you grow with us while making an impact for our clients.At Phinest, you'll find the right balance between professional growth, meaningful projects, and a collaborative environment.Position: Business AnalystResponsibilities:Requirements Gathering: Work with users and stakeholders to identify and document functional and technical requirements for IT projects.Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support strategic decision-making.Analysis and Modeling: Use modeling techniques to analyze requirements and propose suitable solutions..Solution Development: Develop and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with management teams, end-users, and developers to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs.Implementation and Monitoring: Assist in implementing new solutions and monitor their performance to ensure effectiveness.Skills and Qualifications: Master Degree.5+ years of experience as Business Analyst.Strong understanding of information systems and software development processes.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Ability to present complex data in an understandable way and make clear strategic recommendations.Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software like Tableau or Power BI.Ability to design and implement effective prioritization solutions.Fluent in French and English, dutch is an asset.What We Offer: Our focus is to develop a long-term collaboration with our talented consultants.
