Strategic Expansion in Belgium Kepler Cheuvreux recently signed a strategic M&A partnership with Belfius, the leading financial institution in Belgium. This partnership provides us with a unique platform to further expand our footprint in the Belgian market and to rapidly develop our local franchise in close collaboration with Belfius. Role Overview We are looking for two highly motivated and experienced M&A professionals (one senior and one mid-level) to join our Brussels-based advisory team. The successful candidates will play a central role in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, while actively contributing to both the growth of our Belgian platform and the success of our local partnership. Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning Belfius / Kepler Cheuvreux as a trusted partner. Collaborate closely with the Belfius Corporate Finance team to source M&A opportunities. Lead and execute M&A transactions across various sectors, from origination through to execution and closing. Advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, fundraisings, and other strategic transactions. Supervise, mentor, and coach junior team members. YOUR PROFILE 4-12 years of relevant experience in M&A / investment banking. Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex deals. Strong technical skills and transaction structuring capabilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
