The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for achieving their assigned sales plan by generating profitable UPS revenue growth through the development of new business and the retention of existing business within their assigned accounts, in the key non-country wide customer segment. He/She analyzes customers' current supply chain needs to create appropriate solutions and promptly respond to customers' requests.We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our sales team in Brussels. This is a senior-level role responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers while also developing new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, retain, and grow an existing portfolio of customers (approximately 50%)Proactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities (approximately 50%)Build, manage, and continuously develop a strong and sustainable sales pipelineDevelop strong, long-term relationships with international B2B customersPrepare and deliver sales presentations and proposalsCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teamsMaintain accurate records and reporting using CRM tools (Salesforce)Demonstrate a hands-on, autonomous approach to account managementRequired Qualifications & Experience:2 years of experience in the logistics sector or Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B salesProven experience in customer retention, conversion, and new business developmentStrong hunter mindset with a results-driven approachAbility to manage complex information and multiple prioritiesHigh level of autonomy and accountabilityLanguage Requirements:Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)French is a strong plusSkills & Competencies:Proactive, assertive, and solution-oriented mindsetStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholdersComfortable working independently and within a diverse team environmentAmbitious and driven, while maintaining a collaborative and professional attitudeProficient in MS Office and SalesforceCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary package, 13th-month salary, and meal vouchersMonthly allowance of €100Performance-based bonus structureCompany car, laptop, and mobile phoneFlexibility to work from home when personal circumstances require itAt least 26 leave days based on a full-time positionCompany pension scheme, collective health insurance, and additional insurance benefitsAn international work environment with opportunities for progression through our "promotion from within" policyLocation:Brussels, Belgium (Flemish-Brabant)Hybrid working model (primarily remote, at least 1 day per week in the office)Employment Type:Full-time
