MANAGING CONSULTANT(E) Votre fonction Nous recherchons un Managing Consultant(e) passionné(e) et très expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez impliqué(e) dans le développement commercial et la mise en œuvre des projets RH (classification de fonction, politique de rémunération, benchmark, assessment & development centers, management des compétences, mesure de la charge de travail, besoins en personnel, …) et des projets organisationnels (audits, stratégie, structure, processus, culture, soutien au changement, …). En collaboration avec des collègues expérimentés, vous ferez de chaque projet un succès. Votre profil Diplôme universitaire (Business Administration, GRH, Psychologie du travail, …) Minimum de 10 ans d’expériences en gestion stratégique des ressources humaines Connaissance approfondie des pratiques et des tendances en matière de ressources humaines. Forte recherche de qualité dans toutes les missions entreprises. Esprit commercial proactif et capacité à identifier et à développer des opportunités et des relations commerciales. Intégrité irréprochable et éthique professionnelle. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et ayant un bon esprit d’équipe Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation Vous parlez le français et vous savez communiquer en néerlandais. La connaissance de l’anglais est un plus.
