Project Manager - Contract - Hybrid in Belgium or LuxembourgWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects using established methodologies and standards. This role requires strong coordination, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will act as the central point of accountability, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, delivery approach, resource plan, and schedule.Establish clear roles, expectations, and communication structures for team members and stakeholders.Monitor progress at defined control points and maintain balance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.Maintain and report on the project metrics dashboard, ensuring visibility through standard communication channels.Organise and run Steering Committees, presenting schedule status, risks, and budget updates to senior management when required.Oversee adherence to quality assurance processes, conducting periodic reviews and ensuring smooth transitions between phases.Identify project risks, conduct impact assessments, and develop mitigation plans; maintain an up-to-date risk register.Key SkillsHard & Soft SkillsStrong and clear communication with stakeholders, customers, and leadership.Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple streams simultaneously.Effective time management and prioritisation to meet deadlines.Solid understanding of risk management, including probability/impact assessment and mitigation planning.Strong teamwork capability, collaborating across multifunctional teams.Leadership aligned with role scope (for Medior profiles, ability to confidently engage with CISO or IT Manager–level stakeholders).Technologies & ToolsMS Office SuiteCommunication tools (including phone and collaboration platforms)Project management systems such as Dynamics Project OperationsContract Details:Duration: 6 monthsLocation: Hybrid - Belgium or LuxembourgDay Rate: Up to €650 per day
