Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen (PMV) is de Vlaamse investeringsmaatschappij. Enerzijds financiert PMV beloftevolle ondernemingen van bij de prille start tot en met de groei en internationalisering. Anderzijds investeert PMV in belangrijke vastgoed- en infrastructuurprojecten. Om het administratief beheer en de coördinatie van onze groeiende investeringsactiviteiten in goede banen te leiden, versterken we ons infrastructuurteam met een Investment Support Officer.

Het Infrastructuurteam is op de Vlaamse en Europese infrastructuurmarkt actief in publiek-private samenwerkingen (voor o.a. (water)wegen-, school- en sportinfrastructuur), energietransitie, telecommunicatie, datacenters, havens en logistiek.

Belangrijke infoJouw functie
  • sta je centraal in de coördinatie van de dealflow, besluitvormings- en administratieve processen, jaarlijkse en tussentijdse cashplanning en registratie van de transacties in onze investment management tool;
  • verzorg je het contractbeheer van onze investeringsactiviteiten;
  • verzamel en verwerk je klantgegevens in het kader van de Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) en Environmental, Social en Governance (ESG) regelgevingen;
  • bereid je ad hoc en periodieke rapporteringen voor en notuleer je bij investerings-comités en/of teammeetings;
  • overzie je de jaarlijkse processen met betrekking tot de algemene vergaderingen van de vennootschappen die we beheren of waarin we participeren.

Ben je een doener met gezond verstand en focus op resultaat, werk je graag met data en kan je deze ook interpreteren en overzichtelijk voorstellen, én voel je je op je best in een open en teamgeoriënteerde cultuur met veel afwisseling en ruimte voor zelfontplooiing, dan pas jij perfect in het plaatje.

Aandacht voor detail en structuur gecombineerd met probleemoplossend vermogen en een analytische geest vormen de kers op de taart.

Heb jij daarenboven:

  • een bachelor of master diploma in een economische, wetenschappelijke of juridische richting;
  • een affiniteit met/of interesse in de financiële- en juridische kant van ondernemen;
  • minstens 3 jaren ervaring in een job waarbij project-, procesmanagement of de coördinatie van administratieve processen centraal staat;
  • uitstekende mondelinge en geschreven vaardigheden;
  • goede MS Office vaardigheden met inbegrip van Excel (kennis van andere business gerelateerde softwarepakketten is een pluspunt);
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
