As Planner, you are at the heart of our operations, ensuring that materials, production and suppliers are aligned to deliver efficiently, reliably and on time.Why join Jaga• Real operational impact: You play a central role in our production and supply chain processes and directly influence efficiency, delivery performance and customer satisfaction.• Variety and collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from purchasing, warehouse, sales, production and external suppliers, making every day dynamic and diverse.Your roleAs Production Planner, you are responsible for translating demand into feasible production and material plans. You balance capacity, material availability and customer requirements, while maintaining close contact with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.What you will be doingCreate and manage short- and mid-term production plans based on demand forecasts and customer ordersPerform material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of components and raw materialsCoordinate closely with purchasing, warehouse, sales and production to ensure a smooth end-to-end workflowMaintain regular contact with suppliers regarding forecasts, orders, lead times and delivery reliabilityFollow up on purchase orders and proactively address delays or supply issuesMonitor inventory levels, capacity planning and stock coverageIdentify, analyse and resolve bottlenecks in production and supply processesEvaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery, flexibility) and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesContinuously improve planning, MRP and supply chain processes and systemsReport on planning KPIs, material availability and supplier performanceContribute to cross-functional improvement projects within the supply chainThis is how you win us over:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain or production managementExperience in production planning and material requirements planning (MRP)Experience working with suppliers and follow-up of purchase ordersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear communication skills and a structured, proactive way of workingA precise, well-organized and hands-on mindsetExperience with ERP systems, SAP is a plusFluency in Dutch and English, German is a plusThis is what you can expect from us:A challenging role with visible impact on production, supply chain and operationsClose collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers in a dynamic environmentA competitive salary with additional benefitsOpportunities for training and professional growthA stable employer with room for initiative and ideasReady to plan the future of sustainable climate solutions with us?We would love to hear your story.
