YOUR JOB Als HR Consultant werk je op uiteenlopende operationele projecten bij diverse klanten in Vlaanderen en Brussel. Je takenpakket kan variëren, maar omvat onder meer: Werving en selectie van talenten en verdere opvolging hiervan. Ondersteuning bij HR-administratie en personeelsbeleid. Betrokkenheid bij employer branding en onboardingprojecten. Samenwerken met ervaren consultants die je begeleiden en inspireren. YOUR SKILLS Must have: Kennis van Nederlands en Frans Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in HR, psychologie, of gelijkaardig. Eerste praktische ervaring via een stage of studentenjob in HR. Teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor detail. Nice to have: Interesse in recruitment, employer branding en digitale tools Je bent leergierig, flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een vlotte, empathische houding. Zin om je snel in te werken in nieuwe sectoren en omgevingen. Teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor detail.
